DECAF COLOMBIA - HUILA
This is our best selling Regional Huila coffee from Colombia, but decaffeinated. The process used for this DECAF is known as sugarcane decaf. A process by which a natural solvent found in sugarcane plants is utilized to remove the caffeine from the beans.
This is a washed coffee of the castillo and caturra varieties.
Cupping Notes:
- Tasting Notes: chocolate and pear. Smooth with sweet finish. Full body.
- Process: Regular fermentation for 12 to 15 hours and sundried, DECAF.
