Come learn why.  This course is a hands on session with our espresso equipment and grinders to pull and extract the best espresso and prepare the best latte. You will also learn to prepare a cortado, one of our signature drinks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eYou will learn about the science and art behind great latte preparation, including heat management, pouring and using various kinds of milk and non dairy products.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eParticipants will get to try first hand our signature espresso blends, El Dorado and Quixote.
