Our Inzovu Peaberry coffee blend comes from 75 washing stations in Rwanda Trading Company’s supply chain. The coffee is gown in fertile volcanic soil at an altitude of 1400 meters and above. The cherries are selectively handpicked, wet-processed, and sun-dried on raised tables for a period of 15-20 days. After drying, the parchment is delivered to RTC’s dry mill for hulling and grading, whereby the round beans get separated from the normal flat beans. The Inzovu PB brings unique features to the taste of Rwandan coffee, with balanced acidity, mellow body, and a sweet lingering aftertaste


Cupping Notes:

Bright, Lemon with a slight tang, notes of Figs, slight Earthy taste with hay/straw. Sweet / Medium-Light Roast.
