PERU - PICHANAKI LIMITED ROAST

This is one of the original coffees we started importing from Peru at Cervantes Coffee. We were able to source a micro lot for this year, from the ACPC cooperative located in Central Peru. The coffee is of the caturra variety fully washed and shade grown as well as organic. 

We roast this coffee to a medium dark, and it is best enjoyed on a pour over or regular drip. We have a limited stock of this coffee we sell it in 8oz bags only and a 5 Lb option.   

Cupping Notes:

Medium-bodied, chocolate and malt fragrance with a very smooth finish.
