Did you know our espresso blend won the Bronze medal in the category of milk based drinks in the Golden Bean National Competition in 2019? Come learn why.  This course is a hands on session with our espresso equipment and grinders to pull and extract the best espresso and prepare the best latte.

You will learn about the science and art behind great latte preparation, including heat management, pouring and basic elements of various kinds of milk based espresso drinks.

Participants will get to try first hand our signature espresso blends, El Dorado and Quixote. It is recommended that the basic espresso class be taken before this class as espresso preparation is important for a good latte. (1 hour session)

This training requires a 2 person minimum.
