Hand Crafted Espresso Preparation

An important aspect of espresso preparation is learning about the coffee origins and the roasting process. The class includes a brief presentation on these issues.

The class quickly moves on to a hands on session with our espresso equipment and coffee grinders. You will learn about the importance of precision grinding, and how to regulate a grinder for optimal espresso extraction.

You will be able to take the learning from this class onto any other espresso equipment that you may have or that you work on. Participants will get to try first hand our signature espresso blends, El Dorado and or our flagship Quixote. (1 hour session).

This training requires a 2 person minimum.
