BRAZIL - SUL DE MINAS

This coffee comes from the Southern part of Minas Gerais, one of the largest growing regions of coffee in Brazil. This region has a mix of small and larger farmers all focused on quality coffee. In more recent years the region has produced an incredible amount of quality coffee.

These smaller 'pirita' coffee beans offer a low acidity that balances well in the cup. It's a bright coffee ideal for mornings and early risers.

Cupping Notes:

Medium-body, low acidity, peanut-like nuttiness, & a slight chocolate sweetness.

/ Medium-Dark Roast.
