COLOMBIA - GEISHA ANAEROBIC
COLOMBIA - GEISHA ANAEROBIC
We are proud to offer this Limited Edition Geisha coffee from Finca La Villa, a farm located at 1750 meters of elevation in the Huila Region of Colombia.
The Geisha coffee refers to a unique and rare coffee variety, originally from Ethiopia, which is highly appreciated for its floral and complex aromas.
In addition this coffee has undergone a washed anaerobic process, a technique whereby the coffee cherries are first washed as most coffees are, and then, instead of direct drying, the beans go through a controlled fermentation process, in a medium (like a barrel) with limited to no oxygen. This allows for unique flavor and aroma development.
This is a Direct Trade coffee roasted to a Medium Roast.
